After helping each other with leads and market information for several months, they went on to co-found and develop a roundtable think tank for global recruitment leaders where their clients could share best practice and help each other.

The roundtable think tank went on to being one of the most prominent in the recruitment industry and their professional networking helped them both so much that they decided to join forces and launch a company based on the principle of networking, sharing and adding value to others in order to forge business relationships.

Today eSocialMedia has a team of some of the most experienced business, marcoms and technology professionals in enterprise social media and the company is a trusted advisor, trainer and project delivery partner to some of the most successful multinationals in the World. eSocialMedia continues to enable and support small and medium sized companies in the UK, Ireland and India. The company has over 60 social media partner companies and is an official partner with LinkedIn.

Tim and Colm went on to launch the Digital Leaders Think Tank for global leaders in digital and marcoms and The Rugby Business Network for successful business people with a passion for rugby. Both communities allow eSocialMedia to connect with and add value to some of the most influential leaders in business and digital communications.

Kieran Hannon joined the company as a partner in 2011 to lead the enterprise consulting side of the business and was instrumental in the development of eSocialMedia’s current set of innovative business offerings.
